Policies

The rules, in plain English.

Turnaround: Counted in business days from kickoff. Kickoff is confirmed by email within 1 business day of your order.
Revisions: Two rounds on most packages. One round on product descriptions and on each blog article. None on the audit.
Priority start: +$350 per order. Work begins within 2 business days of your order instead of waiting for the next kickoff slot.
Ownership: You own the copy once you have paid in full.
Refunds: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before kickoff. See the refund policy for what happens after. Refund policy
Payment: Prices are in US dollars, charged at checkout. Monthly items are billed monthly.
Tax: Sales tax is shown at checkout where it applies.

Questions about pricing

Why do you publish prices?

Because the quote chase wastes your week. If you can't see the price, you can't decide. If your project doesn't match a package, we price it and tell you before any work starts.

What does "from" mean?

It is the lowest package for that service. Every package's exact price is in the table above.

Is there a discount for larger orders?

Where we offer one, it is in the price: the 20-pack and 50-pack of product descriptions and the monthly blog plan are cheaper per piece. We don't negotiate prices on standard packages.

What does Priority start do?

It moves your start date forward, to within 2 business days of ordering. It doesn't shorten the writing time itself.

Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?

Not at checkout. If you need an invoice for your accounts, email support@simplecopytools.com after you order and we will send one.
